 You can teach a child a lesson for a day;
but if you can teach him to learn by creating curiosity,
he will continue the learning process as long as he lives.

Awaken Curiosity in Your Children!

Picture
Looking for engaging activities to support your lesson plans?  Add music, movement, technology, hands-on learning, and more to support your plans and meet the Common Core goals.  Simply click and easily find what you are looking for to enhance the topic you are teaching.

Sight word songs are alphabetized and easy to find.  You can choose from sit down songs or movement songs to practice rhyming.  Working on segmenting and blending?  Just click and choose a song.  Stop the song to practice the skill of segmenting and stretching words with your hands. The kids love it!

Whether you are learning to count, finding ways to make ten, adding, or learning about the needs of a plant,  there are many choices to help support the skill you are teaching.

Start your day with a good morning song to get the day started right.  Or maybe you just need a brain break to give your kids movement and get their brains thinking.    I hope you enjoy these fun and engaging activities as much as my students!
